Being associated with the construction profession, I had always desire to establish a construction company strong enough to crub many of prevalent ill practices such as time and cost overruns, quality lapses, malpractices associated with the profession.
With these objectives, the formation of FALAKNAZ GROUP came into being.Simultaneously there was a desperate desire to get a space in the market with recognition, admirable not on other basis but performance alone. Almighty helped FALAKNAZ GROUP to placed their name in renowned builders and developers in Karachi. Timely completion has always been dream for clients in general, But to achieve this capability, FALAKNAZ GROUP performed as best as could done the dedicated and untiring teams of workers and staff.

Muhammad Riaz ( Group CEO) Mr Muhammad Riaz has over 28 years of experience in the construction and development industry, His area of specialization iss land acquisition i.e identifying potential project lands, negotiation with owners, dealing with concerned authorities etc he has represented Falaknaz Group on various private and public sector forums. He has also a vast experience of dealing wit financial institutions.

Muhammad Aqeel ( Group COO) Mr Muhammad Aqeel Is prominent and highly experienced in teecommunication sector aas well as in building construction aand developing in various projects with over 32-years of experience He has also a vast experience of marketing and advertising, His Frequently visit KDA, DHA, KBCA and other relevant Government offices and attend meetings, He Put perfectly well different components of organization together on there proper places to the context of their duties /functions, M/S Falaknaz Group Of companies is proud of his dynamic guidance and strict supervision towards groups various activities.
FAYYAZ ILYAS

FAYYAZ ILYAS (Group Director) Mr Fayaz has vast experience in construction and development industry comprising of over 26 years. He specializes in sales, marketing, advertisement and the architectural design due to his God gifted creativeness, He has attended different seminars in England and Dubai and also represented the group on various forums both within the country and abroad. For the last couple of years he has been dealing with authorities like DHA, KDA and Governor House etc in Karachi.
SHAKEEL ILYAS

SHAKEEL ILYAS (Group Director) Mr Shakeel has over 24 years of experience in the construction and development industry as well as textile sector. He has completed many high-rise building projects in karachi. Also looking after the textile business affairs with specific focus on exports. He has vast experience of Marketing and Advertising. As Cheif of Operation of all Group Projects he has vast experience of executing and delivering the residential and commercial units also he established a team of professionals to assure the quality and timing of the project.
